What happens next
- We read your site and look at your category on the Chinese platforms before replying. Documents are not needed for this step.
- Within one business day you get a written reply: what we can do, what it costs in USD, how long it takes, and what we cannot do.
- If it fits, you get a one-page plan and an invoice. Nothing starts before the start fee, and the fee is fixed in writing first.
- After that you get an English note every week on what moved — posts, filings, or permit status. You keep the company and the logins throughout.

No guaranteed approval dates
Guangzhou authorities decide licences and permits; the platforms decide accounts. We quote a realistic range and tell you what is outside our control rather than selling a date we cannot hold.
No hostage accounts
The licence, the chops and the platform logins are registered to you. We operate with written authorisation. If you leave, everything is already in your name.
No inflated brief
If you only need content, we will say so instead of selling you a company. If you need a company before anything else, we will say that too — see whether you need a Chinese company for Xiaohongshu.

How fast do you reply?
Within one business day, Monday to Friday, Guangzhou time (GMT+8). If your question needs us to check a platform or a filing rule first, the reply tells you how long the longer answer will take.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. The plan, the quote, the filings and the weekly updates can all be done by email, in writing, in English or Chinese. Calls are available if you want them, but they are never required.
Do you need my company documents before quoting?
No. A brand name, a website and what you need is enough for a written USD quote. Company documents are only collected after a start fee, and only for the filing they are needed for.
Can you sign an NDA first?
Yes. Say so in the brief and a mutual NDA goes out before you share any commercial detail. Nothing about suppliers, pricing or volumes has to be disclosed to get a plan.
What if I only need Xiaohongshu content and not a company?
That is a normal starting point. Account setup starts at USD 490 and monthly content at USD 990, and an overseas company can often open a Xiaohongshu professional account with foreign documents. A Guangzhou entity is only needed for some ad accounts, WeChat Work and work permits. More detail in the requirements for foreign brands.
